The St. Albans Police Department will get 18 new vehicles over the next year.
City Council members authorized the lease-purchase of the new vehicles at Tuesday night's regular meeting. Nine of the cruisers will be on the road after July 1 - the start of the new fiscal year - while the other nine will arrive by June 30, 2012.See the full content of this document
