A Fayette County girl has filed a federal lawsuit against her former high school and its administrators, alleging she was sexually assaulted by a group of fellow students.

The plaintiff, identified only by the initials B.E., filed the lawsuit Sept. 30 in U.S. District Court against Mount Hope High School, the Fayette County Board of Education, the West Virginia Department of Education and some school administrators and coaches.
