FORT SMITH, Ark. - A man fell asleep on railroad tracks and lost his right arm, then asked police who were first to find him for a glass of water, authorities said.
Officers found Bobby Joe Medlin, 31, covered in blood on a porch near the tracks, and he asked for water before they noticed his arm was missing up to his shoulder, Sgt. Jarrard Copeland said.See the full content of this document
