A study conducted at the governor's request says deaths and injuries related to all-terrain vehicle use could be reduced if lawmakers move to further restrict the vehicles from West Virginia's paved roads.
"It just reinforces everything safety advocates have been saying the last four years, one of the most important things we can do is prohibit them from paved roads and for all riders to wear helmets," said Karen Coria, a lobbyist for the Specialty Vehicle Institute of America, which represents ATV manufacturers.See the full content of this document
