Family members of four teenagers who were fatally shot in Huntington hope to draw more attention to the investigation through billboards that will go up in the city later this month.
The billboards will include the message, "Who murdered our children?" and will advertise a reward fund that community residents and family members have established to help with the investigation. The fund had grown to about $8,500 as of last week.See the full content of this document
