For the impressive statistics posted by Capital in its 69-58 win over Parkersburg South on Wednesday it was perhaps one play that the Cougars could thank for their win in the Class AAA Region 3, Section 1 semifinal.
South had successfully chipped away at what at one point had been a 12-point Cougar lead to tie the game at 51-51 with 4:25 left in the fourth quarter.
