LOS ANGELES - A Southern California man charged with transporting two rare, stolen violins has made his first court appearance following his extradition to Los Angeles from France.
Anthony Eugene Notarstefano of Long Beach was ordered held Monday in federal detention until his next hearing on July 27 in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.
