OAK HILL - A thin American flag that belongs to Divina Marie Deja Breckenridge's mother is a precious reminder of the price of freedom.
The flag once belonged to 18-year-old Carlos Deja who supported the efforts of American troops during World War II when the Japanese occupied the Philippines. He worked on a large ship and gave the flag to his sister for safekeeping.See the full content of this document
