LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The co-pilot of the nation's deadliest plane crash in a half-decade said he thinks each day about the 49 people who died and expressed "heartfelt sympathy" to their families.

James Polehinke, the lone survivor from the Aug. 27 crash of Comair Flight 5191 shortly after takeoff from Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, was released from a Lexington rehabilitation hospital last week after about 21/2 months of treatment following a lengthy stay at the University of Kentucky Hospital.
