TYCO'S former chief executive officer, L. Dennis Kozlowski, 58, set a new high for corporate greed and arrogance. He looted the company he led of at least $150 million.

His excesses were disgusting. In addition to salary and bonuses of about $5 million a year, Kozlowski made more than $330 million by exercising stock options and selling stocks grants.
