The West Virginia Economic Development Authority was scheduled to meet today to consider creating a special legal entity to own the Stonewall Resort.
The $64.7 million resort off the Roanoke exit of Interstate 79 opened in late 2002. It was built under a unique public-private partnership that involves the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the state Division of Natural Resources, the Charleston real estate development company McCabe Henley Properties, and others.See the full content of this document
