Federal prosecutors want to seize the guns and ammunition of the Winifrede man police identified as a "person of interest" in last year's sniper killings.
The process began Friday, when U.S. Attorney Kasey Warner's office filed a lawsuit demanding that the federal courts give it control over the $15,000 worth of guns and ammunition found in Kanawha County resident Brian D. Caldwell's house last year.See the full content of this document
