I can't imagine why anyone would want to, but did you know you can make your own gourmet Peeps this Easter? I know, I know. I just used the words "gourmet" and "Peeps" in the same sentence, raising the oxymoron bar to an all-time high.

But if you're one of the precious (i.e. weird) few who actually like the pink and yellow sugar-crusted marshmallow treats that spread like chicken pox this time of year, the Culinary Institute of America wants you to chuck the store-bought versions in favor of homemade.
