AS the new year began, the American Heart Association released its annual report on the nation's tickers on a state by state basis.
West Virginia had the fifth-highest fatality rate from cardiovascular disease and coronary heart disease. The association said there were 373 such deaths for every 100,000 people in West Virginia in 2004.See the full content of this document
