A woman accused of stealing the identities of people who received flu shots from the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Jameelah Lena Jossiah, 24, has been charged with three counts of wire fraud, three counts of mail fraud, one count of access device fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft.
