A Sissonville man accused of killing a man following an argument was one of 74 people indicted on felony charges by a Kanawha County grand jury.
Jerald Ray Westfall Jr., 42, of Sissonville, faces murder charges in the shooting death of Randall Dale Higginbotham outside of Westfall's home on April 16. Police said Westfall had been arguing with a neighbor prior to the shooting.See the full content of this document

Higginbotham, who was not involved in the argument, came to Westfall's door a short time later. When Higginbotham knocked, Westfall allegedly shot him once in the chest.
