HOUSTON - An internal investigation by BP PLC into the deadly 2005 explosion at the company's Texas City plant calls for the firing of four senior executives, the Financial Times of London reported.
In a report obtained by the newspaper, investigators identified the executives as Mike Hoffman, recently retired as the British company's group vice president for refining and marketing; Pat Gower, U.S. refining vice president; Don Parus, the Texas City refinery manager on leave since the accident; and Willie Willis, a plant employee.See the full content of this document
