Kenyan Woman Gets Jail Sentence

Calling her as essential to the crime as to helping prosecutors unravel it, a federal judge sentenced a Kenyan woman Tuesday to another 20 months behind bars for aiding a scheme to steal millions from West Virginia and other state governments.

Angella Chegge-Kraszeski received a three-year term, with U.S. District Judge John T. Copenhaver Jr. then deducting the nearly 16 months she's already spent in custody.
