WHEELING - A small plane crashed in heavy fog, killing the head of a packaging company and four other people.
Three of the dead worked for Commercial Packaging Inc. of Normal, Ill., including founder and President Gary Egbers. The company identified two other victims as sales executive Mark Long and customer account specialist Tracy Gibson, both longtime employees.See the full content of this document
