WHEELING - The Regional Economic Development Partnership will spend $1 million to help the Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe law firm expand its operations in Wheeling.
There are currently 28 attorneys working in Orrick's Wheeling facility, and they hope to expand that number to as many as 40 or 50, said Brian Schare, Orrick's chief administration officer.
