Beginning in December, the Supreme Court will issue memorandums or opinions on all cases filed for an appeal and not only those it accepts for reconsideration.

Chief Justice Robin Davis, in remarks made at a Tuesday press conference, said that and other changes made to the state's rules for appellate procedure would be "a major change in the way we do business."
