Limited video lottery retailers who also sell traditional lottery games will be allowed limited advertising under a policy revision announced by Lottery Commissioner John Musgrave.
Friday's action reverses Musgrave's original interpretation of Gov. Bob Wise's executive order that banned limited video lottery from having ads or signs that used words or phrases associated with gambling. The Lottery Commission took Wise's order to include signage that promoted instant, Keno and Powerball games.See the full content of this document
