Summary


An Upshur County man says two Division of Natural Resources officers broke into his garage last year and stole several preserved animal heads and skins, according to a lawsuit filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.

Wayne Crim, of Buckhannon, is accusing conservation officers Douglas Benson and Jeffery T. Craig of entering his garage without the owner's knowledge and making away with items including a stuffed owl and several bear and coyote hides, said Crim's lawyer, Gregory Schillace.
