An Upshur County man says two Division of Natural Resources officers broke into his garage last year and stole several preserved animal heads and skins, according to a lawsuit filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Wayne Crim, of Buckhannon, is accusing conservation officers Douglas Benson and Jeffery T.
