Gov. Joe Manchin said Dow Chemical Co.'s donation of land and a building at the South Charleston Technology Park to West Virginia University is back on track.
Last August Dow donated 58 acres and Building 740 in the park to WVU. Manchin presided over the gift-giving ceremony at the Capitol. Among those present were Allan Fowler, who at the time was head of Dow's West Virginia operations, and David Hardesty, who at the time was president of WVU.
