Manchin Says Funding Secured for Renovation

WHEELING - Financing has been secured to complete renovations at the former Stone and Thomas Building in downtown Wheeling, Gov. Joe Manchin said.

The $6.4 million Stone Center at Market Plaza will be funded with $3.4 million of proceeds from tax increment financing obligation bonds issued by local government officials and a $3 million loan from the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council.
