WAYNE - A New York man has pleaded guilty to kidnapping a Wayne County teenager he met through the Internet.
Michael Christopher Shackett, 27, of Troy, N.Y., was accused of taking Shaunita Renee Neace, who was 14 at the time, from her Kiahsville home on Feb. 24, 2004.
