AUGUSTA, Ga. - Tiger Woods had had it. Enough of the skid, enough of not getting the golf ball to do what he wanted it to do, enough of uncertainty over just making the cut. So, fuming after he missed a 5-foot par putt on the 11th hole, he had it out with himself.

He swung his putter as if he were going to gouge the green, tapped in for bogey, then picked up his ball and flipped it into the water. Storming away, he gained his stride. He went 3 under par the rest of the way and finished the second round of the Masters on Friday at even par.
