After a decline in the number of coal trucks caught hauling overweight, Public Service Commission regulators have seen an increase in weight violators in the last month, officials said.
The spate of overweight citations may be an "anomaly," PSC counsel Buddy Covert told the PSC's Commercial Motor Vehicle Weight and Safety Enforcement Advisory Committee at its meeting.See the full content of this document
