A state panel that recommended slashing a cash grant program three years ago will reconvene next week to discuss additional reductions, Health and Human Resources Secretary Paul Nusbaum says.
Funding for the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families program will be cut by at least 25 percent starting in July, said Department of Health and Human Resources spokesman John Law.
