South Charleston officials advanced a measure allowing retired city workers and their spouses to use city recreational centers for free.
Mayor Frank Mullens introduced an amendment during Thursday's city council meeting that would give retired city workers and their spouses access to the South Charleston Community Center, Memorial Ice Rink and Little Creek Golf Course. Currently, retirees pay a discounted rate to use those facilities.See the full content of this document
