West Virginia State University is pushing for the state Legislature to match federal land grant funds so the school won't lose millions of dollars.
Last year, which was the first year that West Virginia State had to meet the match requirement of 60 percent of the federal funding, the Legislature appropriated the $1.2 million needed to fulfill the match.See the full content of this document
