Summary
The forest fires near Brooks in Summers County and near Sewell in Fayette County have been contained, a National Park Service spokesman said.
Both fires were discovered Monday burning in locations in the New River Gorge National Park. The fire near Sewell was estimated to cover 30-40 acres of land while the Summers County fire was thought to cover about 10 acres.See the full content of this document
