SHEPHERDSTOWN - Shepherd College officials have found space for 230 of 254 students who are being forced to move out of two residence halls closed this week after dust on a staffer's desk tested positive for asbestos.
The asbestos is contained in spray-on ceiling materials in Shaw and Thacher halls. Removal could cost as much as $2 million, President David L. Dunlop said.See the full content of this document
