Shoeboxes stuffed with toys and candy will soon leave West Virginia on a journey to bring joy to children throughout the world.

It's National Collection Week for Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan's Purse, the international Christian relief organization headed by Franklin Graham. Since 1993, more than 54 million gift-filled shoeboxes have gone to needy children in 120 countries.
