Q: My husband and I adopted a shelter puppy back in August. He has severe separation anxiety. We have tried everything from Kong (toys), blankets that smell like us, and even giving him Benadryl to calm him down a bit when we leave for work. Six months later, there has been no improvement.
He slobbers puddles and puddles and when we come home from work, he is soaked, which on a lot of days results in a bath. My husband and I are at our wits end, we really even hate the thoughts of taking him back to the shelter.See the full content of this document
