W.Va. Supreme Court Justice Sworn in for Final Term

Summary


Supreme Court Justice Thomas McHugh was sworn in for a final two- year term on the state Supreme Court during a ceremony Thursday afternoon.

McHugh, a Democrat who had been retired from the high court since 1997, was appointed to serve on the court after Justice Joseph Albright fell ill in 2008. Albright passed away due to complications from cancer on March 20, 2009.
