The man who led police on a chase that ended in his death and the death of a Charleston patrolman was due in court next week to answer for domestic battery charges that had been filed against him, according to court records.
Kanawha County sheriff's deputies, who are investigating the incident, identified the driver of the Chevrolet pickup involved in Sunday morning's deadly chase as Brian Scott Good, 31, of Miliken.See the full content of this document
