HARPERS FERRY - Jefferson County Sheriff's Department officials will serve as pallbearers in the funeral for a newborn whose body was found in a garbage bag on the banks of the Shenandoah River.
The baby, who officers have named Christian, is expected to be buried early next week at Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, where a plot has been donated by the cemetery, Sgt. Sam Harmon said Thursday.See the full content of this document
