The Tri-State Racetrack & Gaming Center has given the state Bureau of Senior Services an apology and a $1 million donation.
Dan Adkins, vice president of Tri-State's corporate parent, Hartman & Tyner, said that only after he got calls did he remember that the $1.5 million license fee for table games would go to the Bureau of Senior Services for in-home care and services.See the full content of this document
