Police from Charleston's Metro Drug Unit charged Christopher Clemons, 18, and Famous Fortson, 20, with possession with intent to sell crack cocaine, Sgt. Tony Payne said. Fortson was also charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.See the full content of this document
