A new AFL-CIO report says West Virginia had the fourth worst rate of worker deaths in 2004.
West Virginia's workplace fatality rate is at its highest since 2001 and is now almost twice the national average, according to the report. The Mountain State had 58 workplace fatalities and 27,600 cases of workplace injuries and illnesses in 2004.See the full content of this document
