AS the 40th anniversary of the Freedom of Information Act nears, the Coalition for Open Government found that the number of unprocessed requests rose from 104,225 as of Sept. 30, 2004, to 148,603 a year later.
Meanwhile, the number of requests fell from 522,817 in 2004 to 477,937 in 2005.See the full content of this document
