GARY - A weight management program celebrated its participants losing a total 500 pounds with a feast, but they didn't have to worry about gaining any pounds back.
The entree was a 500-pound salad. The massive salad contained 110 heads of lettuce, 165 pounds of carrots and about 120 cucumbers, and was prepared in a swimming pool.
