Senate Minority Leader Vic Sprouse said he is "stunned" that Gov. Bob Wise's administration didn't organize a memorial service honoring former President Ronald Reagan.

"I'm blown away by it," Sprouse, R-Kanawha, said Wednesday. "For Wise not to do that, I think, is pretty disgraceful. He has a memorial service if a squirrel gets run over at the Capitol. And he's not going to hold a memorial service for Reagan?"
