West Virginia Insurance Commissioner Jane Cline today announced a decrease of about 9.5 percent in workers' compensation rates for the majority of West Virginia employers.
Cline said the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner have approved an overall 10 percent decrease in loss costs - the portion of the workers' compensation rate for prospective indemnity and medical benefits.
